Survey platform, built in India
Surveys designed
for completion.
Built around the person answering, not the person asking. Fast, focused, and fully working with no signal at all.
How likely are you to recommend Mumbai T2 to someone flying next month?
The signal drops. The survey doesn't.
Every response is written to the device first. If the network is gone, the queue holds. When it returns, everything syncs in order, and the respondent never sees a spinner or loses an answer they already gave.
This is the part that decides whether fieldwork in a basement car park, a Tier-2 terminal, or a moving bus produces data or produces a support ticket.
- Installs to the home screen as an app
- Full offline collection and replay
- Answers validated before they queue
- Nothing leaves the device unencrypted
What it does
Four things it does better than a form builder
Ask in the language they think in
Per-question translations with a right-to-left layout, so a respondent in Kochi and one in Kolkata read the same survey in their own script.
A link, a QR code, or a kiosk
Short links for SMS and WhatsApp, printable QR codes for a terminal wall, and a locked kiosk mode for a shared tablet that resets between people.
Analysis that starts at question one
Cross-tabs, NPS breakdowns, per-question drop-off, and cross-survey comparison. Export to CSV or Excel when someone inevitably asks for the raw file.
Data that stays in India
Built against the DPDP Act 2023(opens meity.gov.in in a new tab): consent captured at the point of collection, tenant isolation at the database row, and hosting inside Indian regions.
Question types, including the awkward ones
Pricing research and feature prioritisation usually mean exporting to a stats package. These run inside the builder and score themselves.
- Net Promoter Score
- CSAT
- Likert
- Matrix
- Ranking
- MaxDiff
- Kano
- Van Westendorp
- Gabor-Granger
- Monadic tests
- Star and emoji scales
- Sliders

How it works
- 01
Build it
Drag questions into place, branch on any answer, pipe an earlier response into a later question. The flowchart view shows every path before anyone takes it.
- 02
Put it in front of people
Publish to a link, a QR code, or a kiosk. Field staff can collect on a phone with no signal at all — responses queue on the device and sync when the bars come back.
- 03
Read what came back
Responses land in the dashboard as they arrive. Filter, cross-tabulate, compare against last quarter's survey, and export the sheet your finance team asked for.
About
A data research and analysis company
Afterthought Feedback Services Pvt. Ltd. runs research programmes for organisations that need to know what the people they serve actually think — in terminals, on shop floors, in waiting rooms, and anywhere else the answer has to be collected in person.
ATFS is the platform we built to do that work, and then opened up. It carries the parts fieldwork usually gets wrong: a survey that keeps running with no signal, a questionnaire that reads correctly in the respondent's own script, and analysis that is ready the moment the responses land rather than a fortnight later.

Write your first question
Set up an account, build a survey, send it to five people, and see what the responses look like. That takes about ten minutes and tells you more than any demo will.
No card needed to start. Your data stays on Indian infrastructure.
